The slow, tensionless process preserves the inherent softness of the thick cotton yarn, producing a jersey that deepens in character with every wear. The standout construction detail here is the double-binder neckline, executed with a twin-needle binder stitch that doubles the ribbing for a reinforced, vintage-style collar with real presence and weight that holds its shape over years of wear.
